The documents made available for purchase on this website (“Documents”) have been prepared in good faith by lawyers and legal professionals for use by professional photographers in the United Kingdom.

Payment of the fee will entitle you to download one copy of the purchased Documents and to copy and use the purchased Documents for your own normal business purposes (which shall not include allowing the use of any Document by, or for the benefit of, any person other than your employees). You must not copy or modify the Documents, except as expressly permitted herein. All right, title and interest in the Documents are reserved exclusively to Murray & Marsh Ventures Ltd (trading as Harmony & Blue) and you have no rights in or to the Documents, other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms. If you breach these Terms, we are entitled to terminate your rights to use the Documents by notice in writing. Upon termination, you must return all copies of the Documents to us and erase any copy of the Documents stored on your IT systems.

The Documents have been prepared as a template and, accordingly, have not been prepared for your specific business or any particular business requirements. Accordingly, you will need to review and customise the Documents to reflect your business operations. You alone are responsible for ensuring that the Documents are fit for your own purposes. We have used reasonable endeavours to prepare Documents that will, as at the date of purchase, be legally enforceable in the UK. But we do not accept responsibility for any use of the Documents outside of the UK, for any amendments to the Documents made by you or on your behalf, or for any changes to applicable law introduced after the date of purchase.

We do not provide legal advice and we strongly recommend that you consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before purchasing and/or using any Document. No representation, warranty, assurance or undertaking (express or implied) is or will be made, and no responsibility or liability is or will be accepted by us or by our officers, employees or agents in relation to the adequacy, accuracy, completeness or reasonableness of the Documents. All conditions, warranties or other terms which might have effect between us and you or be implied or incorporated into these terms or any collateral contract, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, are hereby excluded, including the implied conditions, warranties or other terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or the use of reasonable skill and care.
You acknowledge that you are a professional photographer purchasing the Documents for your business. The Documents are not being distributed to persons outside the UK. However, any recipient of any Document in jurisdictions outside the UK should inform themselves about and observe any applicable legal requirements. This website does not constitute an offer to sell or an invitation to purchase any Document in any jurisdiction. 

Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms and the supply or failure to supply any Document shall be limited to the fee paid or payable in respect of the relevant Document. We not exclude any liability for, or remedy in respect of, fraudulent misrepresentation. By using a Document, you agree to be bound by these terms and the limitations contained in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by English law and, in the event of a dispute, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable software or products cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products there are no exchanges, refunds or returns.
